30-Day Free Returns

We offer 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund. Returns are completely free — we do not charge any restocking fees.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order will have entered processing and cannot be cancelled, though our standard return policy will still apply.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all original accessories, packaging, and included components. For used cameras, please ensure the item is returned exactly as described at time of purchase.

No Final Sale Items

We do not sell any items as "final sale." Every item purchased from Stephenbell Camera, new or used, is eligible for our standard 30-day return policy.

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
